My Story

I’m Bringing Cake was inspired by my desire to offer to my community simple, homemade but delicious cakes to share amongst family and friends. For the pot-luck dinner, the picnic, the party, the work ‘do’, the bookclub meet, the school bake sale, or even just a ‘thank you’ gift. My cakes are perfect for every occasion when you’re the one that says “I’m Bringing Cake”.

With a focus on flavour and simplicity, I’m Bringing Cake offers a select range of my favourite recipes, perfected over the years in my Discovery Bay kitchen. Recipes are passed down from my mother, inspired by cakes I’ve eaten on travels or simply those that my kids pushed me to experiment with to satisfy their maturing tastes.

They’ve been tried and tested on my guinea-pigs (think bookclub friends, family, teachers!) and it seemed a shame to keep them to myself! So, I’m excited to offer my cakes on a small scale so as not to compromise their quality.
